How to apply for transfer certificate in lucknow university | Lucknow University certificates

In this blog, I'll tell you how to apply for a transfer certificate at Lucknow University. So, as per university notices, the University of Lucknow doesn't provide a transfer certificate; instead, they provide a migration certificate. So if your college wants a transfer certificate (i.e. confirmation of non-issue of transfer certificate from the University), you have to give some details to the examination controller. 

I'll tell you line by line what needs to be done to apply for a document confirming the non-issuance of the transfer certificate.

Document required! 

Original Migration Certificate (photocopy)

Your college notice regarding documents list stating transfer certificate compulsory (prinout)

A written application 

So first you have to write an application addressing the Controller of Examination at Lucknow University

Subject: Need of transfer certificate for further admission 

Sir

    I, your name(your roll no), am a student of Lucknow University, passed out in this year 2024. I was admitted to XYZ University, where they asked me to submit a transfer certificate; otherwise, they might cancel my admission. So please kindly provide me suitable transfer certificate document.

*For migration request ID, you can check your email ID, or you can check it on the Luease portal.

Now you have to submit the original migration certificate photocopy + the application, + email/notice of your college of required documents for admission. 

You have to submit this application to examination office 107 room number.(the last on the ground floor.)
